Ellister Islay 2yos

My thanks to Liz Mangham and Wendy Sanders for their expert handling of youngsters, September 2011, and for their fabulous photos.

Most of the photos of individual youngsters (and others) on my website are theirs.

Ellister Islay Juniper: yearling mouse dun filly by Glenbanchor MacGillie Dubh out of Tamaradene; she will probably make 14.2h

NOT for sale:

Mariner is by Whitefield King Duncan out of Ceilidh of Glenmarkie; he is a cream dun yearling colt and will probably make 14 hands.

Harvester is ready for sale.  He has been gelded and is easy to handle.

Juniper has been head-collared and is very friendly; her handling is ongoing.

Woodsman has not yet been boxed, and will be retained for another year.

Mariner will be run on with a view to licensing.

Enquires always welcome.

Ellister Islay Woodsman, dark liver chestnut yearling colt by Ellister Islay Forester (Fyfedene/Tiegandene) out of Kayleighdene. Expected to make 14.2 hands.

Woody will be retained for growing on for a while - although he's already gone through his yearling spurt and is now looking reall good.

He is to be gelded on 1st November 2011.
