Ellister Islay Forester 2006 pictured last winter - by Fyfedene out of Tiegandene.  We hope to get him licensed for use early in 2009; he's got a superb temperament.

Aigas, Forester and Sea Lord this summer.

Glenbanchor MacGillie Dhubh 2007 - by Moss-side Iain Mor out of Glenbanchor Lady Fiona.  Gillie is being assessed for stallion potential; we hope to run three stallions as Forester is closely related to some of my mares (through Fyfedene or Falcon Frost).

Aigas of Achnacarry 2007 - by Tarka of Orangefield out of Rowan of Achnacarry - another nice colt being kept on to assess him for stallion potential.

The boys were introduced to each and make a splendid bunch - they all get on extremely well.  They have recently been put into an area of forestry and are thoroughly enjoying a bite of early grass in mid March 08.  They are currently able to travel from the forest through Grannies Glen, to Horse Field and up to the top of Corner Hill and over to the Back Field.

Above is the yellow dun Sea Storm - by Nashend Buzzard out of Willowdene.  She is definitely being retained along with Riverdance below.

Riverdance is by Whitefield King Duncan out of EllisterIslay Dancer.  As her dam has now been sold, and as River could go to Forester, we have decided she should be retained as a future brood mare.

River as a foal - above

River and Storm - River is always up to mischief - she had her first foot trim lying down with her head on someone's lap !

Summer Thyme (Boots) by Nashend Buzzard out of Tiegandene will also be retained as she, like Storm, could go to Duncan. Pictured last winter.
